The Vic Troncalli Team was formed in 2002 after a year of individual real estate sales and consulting.

I came to the High Country after September 11, 2001 and after owning a sales and marketing firm from 1978, Troncalli Sales, Inc. I changed my real estate business to a team business model to be able to offer better buyer and seller service. In our area, we see many referral clients most all in a time span of April to November and we need to be able to give everyone individual attention. A good team makes it better and workable. I work as a team leader with my son, Darren, a professional Realtor and broker along with team staff members.

I am a certified Buyer’s Agent (ABR) and have the Certified Real Estate Specialist designation (CRS) to advance my listing skills. I also am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). These are considered to be the masters and PhD. of real estate sales.

We work in Avery, Ashe, and Watauga counties helping buyers and sellers utilizing the most advanced websites and market residential and commercial mountain listings.
